Estelle Linden (born in Yogyakarta, October 19, 1995, age 15 years) is an Indonesian-Dutch actress mulatto. Eldest of 3 brothers Casper couple Linden Linden and Wati is following the casting of one production house in Bali. As a result, casting himself escaped and got his first role on the soap opera titled "Dia Bukan Cinderella" with Donny Michael and Teuku Ryan.

Ah yes,the joys of running.Many people think of running(or jogging) and the last thing they would describe it has is joyous...it can test even the heartiest of brave souls. But with a little imagination and perseverance, a whole host of benefits can be realized.

Now obviously the first benefit that comes to mind would be that of improved health,ie., cardio, weight loss, muscle toning etc.,and for most of us that is what probably prompted us to start running in the first place.
